It’s grilling season! Not sure about your house, but when the weather starts warming up…so does our grill. Cheeseburgers are one of our favorite foods to grill, but not just an ordinary cheeseburger (although, we love those too!)…An extra-ordinary cheeseburger!
With five types of Italian cheeses and two yummy homemade toppings, my Italian Bruschetta Burger is hard to beat!
It looks fancy, but is a cinch to put together using delicious ingredients I found at my local Walmart. As a busy Momma of three boys, dinnertime is crazy enough…I don’t have time for fancy, but I do have time for delicious!
There are three steps to this burger, but I promise they don’t take long!
1- Combine all ingredients for the burgers…
2- Combine all ingredients for the Bruschetta Topping…
Almost too pretty to eat…Almost…
3- Now for the Mayo…

- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/2 c. Kraft shredded Italian 5-cheese blend
- 1 T homemade Italian seasoning
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1/4 c. diced red onion
- Kraft thin sliced Mozzarella cheese
- 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 T minced garlic
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 2 T- 1/4 c. fresh basil leaves, chopped

- Optional: diced red onion, salt & pepper
- 1/3 c. Kraft Mayo with Olive oil
- 1 T Kraft Zesty Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp. homemade Italian seasoning
- Buns of your choice
- Combine all burger ingredients.
- Shape into burger patties of desired size.
- Grill until desired doneness.
- When burgers are almost done, top with a slice of Kraft Mozzarella cheese.
- Gently stir to combine tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil. (optional: add onion, salt, pepper)
- Add basil.
- Add Kraft Parmesan cheese.
- Set aside until burgers are cooked.
- Combine Kraft Mayo, Kraft Italian dressing, and homemade Italian seasoning blend.
- Set aside until burgers are cooked.
- Set burger on one side of bun of choice.
- Top cooked burger with desired amount of Italian Mayo spread.
- Add desired amount of Bruschetta topping.
- Top with remaining bun.
- Enjoy!
