Last week I shared a photo on Instagram of the Homemade Peppermint Coffee Creamer I whipped up. It had such interest that I figured I had better share the recipe!
It’s so super easy and can be customized to your personal taste.
I started with my basic Homemade Coffee Creamer recipe.
1 cup Skim Milk
1/3 – 1/2 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
Here’s the twist…
I added 1/2 tsp pure peppermint extract and a couple Tablespoons of sugar free Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup.
It turned out delicious! It is not as thick as a store bought creamer and not nearly as sweet. You can customize it to your taste, though…Add more peppermint or more chocolate syrup.
Make it a really special treat and top your coffee with some whipped topping and a sprinkling of crushed peppermint candy…Yum!
