Hello Friends and Happy Monday!
I trust you had a fabulous weekend…Celebrating a Second Birthday, enjoying the weather, getting caught up on laundry…
Oh wait, that’s what I did…
Today, I am going to share how I created this Jewelry Display from an old piece of Salvaged Wood Trim. You may have seen it over at Sugarbee Crafts…
So easy…Just watch! This would make a great Christmas gift!
What you’ll need…
A board (old or new- your preference)
small hooks
spray paint (optional)
measuring tape
hammer and nail
pencil
Okay…Let’s get started…
First, I cut my board to a length that fits my space.
If desired, spray paint hooks. I sprayed mine cream.
I measured the length of the board and used my pencil to mark where the hooks should go.
Then, I lightly hammered a screw on each pencil mark. This little hole will make twisting in the hooks so much easier.
I twisted each hook into place and Ta-da! Quick, Easy and inexpensive home decor! It has character and is functional! Clearly I needed this organizational tool…and I am loving how it looks in the space.
But it is not limited to necklaces…What about using it as a hat rack or for scarves or handbags?!
How do you display your jewelry?
Happy Day!
